Gotham is a translucent PETG sculpture based on LiDAR scans suspended within the former holding cell of a GDR watchtower (The Watch, Berlin). Its title references Palantir's policing software Gotham, drawing a connection between contemporary forms of algorithmic surveillance and the historical infrastructures of state observation associated with the Stasi. Installed within the architecture of the watchtower, the work places these two systems of surveillance into direct spatial relation.
